How do I sign-up for the Shore Magic Rewards Program?

Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

How do I earn points?

How many points do I earn per purchase?

You can earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points are calculated based on the product (not including taxes and shipping fees)

If I receive a refund for a purchase, do I lose my points?

Yes, please note that rewards points will be deducted for any orders that are marked as canceled, refunded, voided, partially refunded, or returned.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points do expire after 12 months of getting them added to your account.

Why haven’t my points appeared in my account?

Where can I see point balance?

You can see your Point balance on your Rewards Page once you log in to your account.

How many points do I need to redeem for a reward?

Points required to redeem rewards will vary based on the type of reward you want!. For example 500 points may earn you $25 off your next purchase. You can always check your rewards balance to see what you can redeem. Click here to access your rewards

Can I combine my Rewards with other discounts or promotions?

In most cases, yes! However some promotions may have restrictions. Make sure to check the terms and conditions at checkout or reach out to us directly here.

Do Rewards Expire?

Rewards expire 30 days after redemption, and points will not be returned once they have expired. Be sure to complete your checkout as soon as you redeem!

How do I redeem the free gifts?

When you have enough points to redeem any of the free gifts, click redeem and copy that code. Add the item to your cart and paste that same code into the checkout. If you have any questions, please reach out to us here.

Can I cancel or modify my reward once it’s been redeemed?

Once you’ve redeemed your points for a reward, it can’t be modified or undone. Make sure to double-check before applying your points.

How do I find my $10 after I successfully referred someone?

After you successfully referred someone you will receive an email confirmation. To use your $10, please log-in to your Rewards Page and all your latest rewards will be under “Reward History” on the right-side.

Do my referrals have to spend a minimum amount to get the $10 discount?

Yes, all referrals need to spend a minimum of $50 for it to be a successful referral. Only first-time purchase applies.

Can I use my referral discount on any order or promotion?

Yes, the referral discount can be applied to most orders. Make sure to check the terms and conditions at checkout or contact us here

What If I didn’t receive any referral discount?

If you didn’t receive your $10 discount after your friend’s successful purchase, please reach our to us here and we’ll assist you.

Can I refer someone who has already made a purchase with you?

Unfortunately, the referral discount only applies to new customers making their first purchase.
